Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Download VeyoApp from the App Store, open it, and tap Sign Up. Enter your name, email address, and a password to get started — no credit card required.
What devices and platforms does VeyoApp support?
VeyoApp is available on iOS. Download it from the App Store to get started.
Is VeyoApp free to use?
VeyoApp offers a free tier with core transcription features. Premium plans unlock advanced analysis, longer recordings, and more sessions per day. See in-app pricing for full details.
Account & Billing
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a verification code by email — enter it in the app to set a new password. Check your spam folder if the code doesn't arrive.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel through your App Store subscription settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This action cannot be undone. You can also email us at help@veyoapp.com to request deletion.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. For further assistance, contact us at help@veyoapp.com within 14 days of the charge.
Transcription & Analysis
What languages are supported?
VeyoApp currently supports English. Additional languages may be added in the future.
How accurate is the transcription?
Accuracy depends on audio quality, accent, and background noise. In quiet conditions with clear speech, results are generally very accurate. Recordings with heavy background noise may see lower accuracy.
Is there a maximum recording length?
Free accounts can record up to 2 minutes per session, with a limit of one session per day. Upgrade to a premium plan for longer recordings and more sessions.
Privacy & Data
Does VeyoApp store my recordings?
No. Your audio recordings are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers or any third party. We never have access to your audio. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your audio recordings never leave your device, so we have no ability to use them for any purpose, including training AI models.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Email help@veyoapp.com with the subject line "Data Request" and we will send you a copy of your personal data within 30 days, as required by applicable law.
Troubleshooting
The app won't recognize my microphone. What should I do?
Go to your device's Settings → Privacy → Microphone and make sure VeyoApp has permission. If permission is already granted, try force-quitting the app and reopening it.
Transcription is taking a long time. Is something wrong?
Transcription happens on your device and should complete quickly. If it appears stuck, try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, contact us at help@veyoapp.com.
The app crashed. How do I report it?
We automatically receive crash reports (without audio content). You can also email help@veyoapp.com with a description of what you were doing when the crash occurred and your device model and OS version.
How do I update the app?
Updates are delivered through the App Store. Enable automatic updates in your iOS settings or visit the VeyoApp page on the App Store to update manually.
